  1. Returns: We accept returns on all our products within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    a. Email us at halodhiya.sorai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    b. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

    Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

    a. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    b. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
    c. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

    Please note that the following conditions must be met for a refund to be processed:

    a. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    b. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
    c. The refund will not include the original shipping cost.
    d. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  3. Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item following the above return process and place a new order for the desired item.
